Pandle is a Saas Accounting software created for small businesses.

The Challenge

Pandle is a financial SaaS company offering clever, user-friendly solutions, but their website wasn’t doing the product justice. It felt outdated, rigid, templated and visually flat. They wanted something with more energy, something that reflected the quality of their platform and helped them stand alongside modern fintech brands like Stripe.

Strategy & Discovery

Our job was to design a site that felt dynamic and intuitive, but also easy to manage and scalable for their in-house team. We focused on making the experience more interactive, the content more digestible, and the backend more flexible. Visually, we introduced a sense of depth and motion. Structurally, we reorganised the content to help users quickly understand what Pandle offers.

UX/UI

Web Design

We moved away from Pandle’s old, static layout and designed a site that feels vibrant and engaging. Using layered visuals and subtle interactions, we created a smoother journey that makes it easy to explore without feeling overwhelmed. Given the complexity of Pandle’s offering, we introduced a bento box layout that groups related content into compact, visual sections. This made it possible to present features, stats and testimonials side by side, helping users absorb information quickly without scrolling through heavy blocks of text.

Microanimations

Motion played a big part. We used Lottie animations and scroll-based transitions to bring the content to life. Elements float, shift and respond to user input, making the site feel more immersive. It’s not just decorative, it helps draw attention to the right details at the right time.

Mobile Responsiveness

Ensuring the site worked seamlessly across all devices was a key part of the project. More users than ever are browsing SaaS products on mobile, so it was essential that the experience felt just as smooth and polished on smaller screens. We carefully adapted every layout to scale cleanly from desktop to tablet to mobile, without losing any visual impact or clarity.

Web Development

Pandle were already using WordPress, so we kept them on the same platform but upgraded the setup entirely. We built a custom block-based CMS, giving them over 50 flexible content components. This lets their team build pages, publish updates and manage the site with confidence. We also offered training and guidance to help them get the most out of the new setup.

Digital Marketing

While Pandle handled SEO in-house, we made sure the foundations were right. The site structure, page templates and blog system were all built to support strong organic performance. With a focus on growing through search, not sales calls, this was a key part of the project. We also worked with their team on URL strategy and other behind-the-scenes elements that support long-term optimisation.
