2023… that’s a wrap!

As 2023 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your collaboration this year and for placing your trust in our agency. It has been an inspiring year filled with innovative projects and meaningful partnerships.

As we approach the festive season, we would like to inform you that our offices will be closed from 22 December 2023 to 2nd January 2024 for the Christmas period. We’ve also reduced capacity in our development team as of Wednesday 20th December with some of our staff taking extra holidays. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.

Looking ahead to the new year, we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. We’ve got some big plans for the new year, and we look forward to supporting you and your business with your projects going forward.

Our team is grateful for your trust in us, and we are eager to continue this journey together in 2024. Please note that emergency support* will be available for critical issues during our office closure. You can log a support ticket here our team will pick this up at the earliest convenience.

*Support requests that result in a direct outage are deemed critical, anything else will be dealt with on our return to the office on the 4th unless otherwise agreed.
