We’ll share the information gathered with our wider team to put together a technical specification, timeline, and quote, all tailored specifically for your project. You can expect this proposal within 2-3 days.

Client Setup
Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll set you up as a client with a short form to complete. If there are any requirements on your end for us to become a supplier, just let us know!
Terms of Business
We’ll send you our online terms of business to review and sign digitally.
Project Planning
We’ll create a detailed project plan and share it with you, outlining important milestones, sign-off points, deliverables, and the all-important go-live date!
Initial Payment
We’ll raise the first invoice, typically 50% of the project value, which is due before the project begins.

We’ll hold weekly or fortnightly meetings to keep you updated on the project’s progress.
Collaborative Tools
You’ll get access to your project board in Figma, our design tool, for collaborative feedback and comments. We can also set up a team channel in Slack, WhatsApp, or email, depending on your preference, to keep the project moving smoothly.
Project Sign-Offs
At various stages, we’ll need your sign-off to proceed to the next stage.
Quality Assurance and Training
Before your new website goes live, we’ll conduct thorough quality assurance and testing, along with any necessary training.
Final Payment
Prior to going live, the final project payment will be due.
