Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align directly with sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead-generation tactics across multiple brands.
- Maintain a "commercial growth mindset," ensuring every marketing activity has a clear ROI.
2. Email Marketing & Database Management
- Build, manage, and segment a robust client database.
- Design and implement sophisticated email sequencing and high-value newsletters.
- Focus on lifecycle marketing to move prospects from initial contact to loyal clients.
3. AI Integration & Tech Optimisation
- Utilise LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI tools to streamline content creation, research, and workflow automation.
- Maintain and optimise our CRM, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline tracking.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging MarTech to ensure we remain an AI-first leader.
4. Analysis & Evidence-Based Reporting
- Track, analyse, and present marketing performance metrics.
- Be confident in evidencing analytical results—showing exactly what is working and why.
- Use data insights to pivot strategies and optimise campaign performance in real-time.

Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Growth Lead role.

- High proficiency in the modern AI tech stack (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Experience managing marketing efforts for multiple brands or high-growth environments is a major plus.
