We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects while also nurturing long-term client relationships across Visions Design and, where required, our wider business ventures.

Role Overview
The Project Manager will be the dependable link between clients, directors, and internal teams — owning projects from start to finish while also taking responsibility for ongoing account management.
This role blends project delivery, commercial oversight, and client relationship management. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard, while also leading structured client check-ins, identifying opportunities for enhancements, and supporting long-term account growth.
Working closely with the Head of Operations and leadership team, you will play a vital role in improving how we work, reducing commercial risk, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Process Management
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from initiation through to completion, with support from the Head of Operations
- Develop, maintain, and refine project management frameworks and processes
Use data from live and completed projects — including ClickUp reporting, client feedback, and review sessions — to inform strategic decisions, improve processes, and shape future business direction.
- Ensure project goals align with wider business and client objectives
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, including reviewing tools, software, and workflows
Project Delivery & Execution
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear actions, ownership, and follow-through
Utilise the latest tools/AI for both internal and external project management and delivery.
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues proactively
Monitor project progress, budgets, and cashflow
Ensure timely invoicing and support payment tracking
Make confident, timely decisions to keep projects on track
Maintain an up-to-date capacity tracker and workload overview
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Motivate and coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables
Delegate tasks clearly and empower team members to take ownership
Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure time tracking is completed accurately and consistently to support profitability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Account & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities
Lead quarterly check-ins and review meetings to assess performance, outcomes, and future needs
Ensure clear communication with clients beyond individual project delivery
Manage expectations, scope changes, and priorities effectively
Commercial & Growth Focus
- Monitor account health, including project profitability and ongoing value
Identify opportunities for product, service, or scope enhancements based on client insight and project learnings
Collaborate with directors and senior team members on account growth and retention strategies
Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through insight-led recommendations
Ensure enhancements or new work are clearly scoped, costed, and scheduled
Project Closure & Continuous Learning
- Lead project reviews and post-mortems
Capture and document lessons learned and feedback
Ensure smooth handover of final deliverables to relevant teams
Support the collection of testimonials and reviews from satisfied clients
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a creative, design, or agency environment
Comfortable owning both project delivery and client relationships
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and cashflow
Confident running client meetings, reviews, and strategic check-ins
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
